I am an expert in Information Security, with a doctorate in design and cryptanalysis of cryptographic (symmetric) primitives. I manage a small team in cryptographic research and am particularly interested in applied cryptology. I designed one of the eight stream cipher finalists in the EU ECRYPT eSTREAM project (software portfolio).

I lead a small team of researchers in topics in symmetric cryptology, including design and analysis of stream and block ciphers and hash functions.
A significant proportion of our work is doing analyses of cryptology schemes for industrial partners.
