• Lead a team of 6 to 8 men in ensuring the serviceability of E-2C Hawkeye Airborne Early Warning aircraft and maintaining its avionics systems.
• Successfully completed a tour of duty as the Assistant Logistics Controller in handling overall maintenance of all aircrafts and coordinated technicians for 2 shift operation of the squadron.
• Together with the WITS (Work Improvement Team), effectively reduced the trouble-shooting time of a specific aircraft’s problem from two hours to just ten minutes.
• Successfully lead a team of 2 technicians in assisting in a project of structural enhancement of the central wing of the aircraft.
• Completed an Military exercise with Airforce of other countries as an Aircraft Logistics Controller
• Established a mentor role in guiding junior technicians to improve their technical skills; and also conducted trade training for junior technicians during squadron training days.

• Responsible in managing a database of 2000 members and handling the development and progress of the website.
• Actively marketed the website using forum and activities ranging from wine-tasting to romantic dinner for 30 friends.
• Creatively designed the outlook of the website in order to enhance the overall experience of the members and visitors accessing our website
• Together with the programmer, planned and managed every features (e.g. registration, search function, forum etc) of the website to enhance the ease of use for our members.
