    - Consulted on the digital section of the creation of the European database for Procter & Gamble.
    - Created, managed and launched the website and call centre for the most successful loyalty program, www.happydays.be , in time and below budget. Managed a team of 3 people and coordinated 3 external companies to achieve this.
