Project managed overall due diligence of US$511 Mn acquisition of Union Bank in Pakistan which involved managing over 20 workstreams, circa 75 staff and global / local stakeholders. Led consumer bank due diligence for potential US$ 2Bn acquisition in Middle East, authored due diligence report, oversaw financial model and conducted management interviews. Supported due diligence activity in Kazakhstan, Taiwan and Turkey with responsibility for project management, preparation of market entry strategies and management of all stakeholders Designed integration workshop for Pakistan’s largest foreign acquisition.
